Overall had really enjoyable stay as a nice town to visit. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and the room was well-equipped and extremely pleasant with breakfast included. Really enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast for vegetarians.  

Really enjoyed the cosy twin room I had with a coffee, a reasonably good variety, the bathroom. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect for me as it was near the highlands, and the pretty garden.  

The restaurant was beautiful for dinner and breakfast, we ordered very pleasant dishes. The location was nice with stunningly beautiful views. The room was a nice size and functional, we would love to come back.  

Cosy twin room with very very comfortable bed, had essentials required. The hotel was situated in the central location in the beautiful garden.

Pretty friendly and immensely pleasant staff at reception desk and fab location make it a great choice! And it's 10 km from Glasgow Prestwick airport.

Reasonably priced food in the restaurant, sensational breakfast with the bacon, vegan options, sausages.

Internet was terrible.

The breakfast was fresh made and really tasty with at least tea and also the bacon and good value as opposed to other options.

The breakfast looked fresh and sensational with variety of options. The location was marvellous and beautiful and close to the city center, nice base for one night.

Greatly enjoyed this gorgeous hotel, easy to find, with amazingly nice staff at reception desk. The location was particularly good and unbeatable in the beach area. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Kebab King to relax 

The place was fairly clean and special, had outstandingly accommodating and really polite staff at reception desk. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location - walking distance to everywhere we needed.  

The hotel was clean and quaint, had lovely views of the garden. The location was favourable : the main shopping center and shopping centers were within walking distance. The property was set in a unique area. It had

Exceptionally comfortable beds, airy rooms and great-sized bath. The location fab and good to local pubs in the area.

The hotel boasts central location in summer the gardens are ideal to enjoy a leisurely drink. And it's near town beach and bus station and Ayr town centre and the beach❤😀
